Xivjijax provides regulatory guidance, compliance navigation, and dispute resolution advisory services to businesses in Germany. Services are provided as informational support and professional consultation, not as legal representation.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Xivjijax services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not accept these terms, do not use our services.

3. Intellectual Property

All content, materials, and guidance provided by Xivjijax remain our intellectual property. You may not reproduce, distribute, or transmit any content without written permission.

4. Limitation of Liability

Xivjijax provides guidance in good faith but makes no warranties regarding accuracy or completeness. You use our services at your own risk. We are not liable for damages resulting from reliance on our guidance. For critical legal matters, consult a qualified attorney.

5. Client Obligations

You agree to provide accurate information and comply with all applicable German laws and regulations. You are responsible for implementing any guidance provided.

6. Confidentiality

We maintain strict confidentiality of client information in accordance with GDPR and German data protection laws. Information shared during consultations will not be disclosed to third parties without consent, except as required by law.

7. Payment Terms

Invoices are due within 14 days of receipt. Late payments may incur additional fees as agreed. Services may be suspended for non-payment.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate services with 30 days written notice. Outstanding invoices remain due upon termination.

9. Dispute Resolution

Disputes arising from these terms shall be governed by German law and resolved through mediation or arbitration in Duisburg, Germany.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions. Changes take effect upon posting. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
